RDG Systems & Software Pvt. Ltd., had been adhering to strict quality control regulations even before attaining ISO 9001:2000 certified status. Our concept of Quality Improvement & Management addresses total employee involvement in attaining maximum customer satisfaction by continuous improvement of procedural, product and service standards.

We have realized that our pursuit of continuous Quality improvement can only be meaningful if we perform regular assessment of quality standards. And what better way of doing this can be there than letting the customer be the judge! Regular feedbacks are thus taken from various customer segments to learn how the customer feels about our products & services.

Component testing and product benchmarks are two most important procedures that are strictly followed at RDG. We perform benchmarks on all our integrated products using Business Winstone & Multimedia Content Creation Winstone (for Desktops/Business PC) and WebBench & NetBench (for Servers) from www.veritest.com. The results so obtained are regularly tallied against scores obtained by running similar tests on MNC brands like IBM, Acer, Compaq/HP, etc. These results are also made available  to the customers on request.

As an Intel Premier Provider, all Intel based servers that are integrated as RDG Tornado range of Servers, are put through Intel Platform Confidence Test to ensure that all components used for integration of the server are tested and recommended by Intel.  The test logs are subsequently sent to Intel for validation. All successfully validated server models are thereafter certified by Intel under their Intel Server Validation Program.
