If you're experiencing a problem with any of your computers, peripheral items, networking products, etc., please fill out and submit the following service request form. Please use separate forms for reporting problems about separate items. For example, if you are having problems with both your computer and printer, use the following service request form twice, separately to report the respective problems. It should also be noteworthy that any service rendered for products or items that are not covered under our warranty or maintenance, would attract a minimum service charge as per our standard rates. Please contact us at support@rdgsystems.com for information about our standard service charge rates or a quotation for annual maintenance contract (AMC) for various items.
